Charges and indictments are allegations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

Baltimore police say one defendant has been charged in two separate shootings that wounded teenage boys in the Southeast District.

The department linked Donnell Thomas to the June 6 shooting of a 15-year-old and a June 11 shooting of a 17-year-old. Both victims survived.

Thomas, 21, was arrested at a residence on North Port Street and charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder.
