Houston police have charged a 46-year-old man with murder in the fatal shooting of Jesse Reyes on Vassar Street.

HPD said patrol officers responded late June 27 and were approached by a man who identified himself as the shooter. Investigators said the gunfire followed a physical altercation.

Michael Stuart Driver was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. The charge remains an allegation.
