A Cook County jury convicted a 30-year-old man of murder and robbery in the fatal shooting of a passenger aboard a CTA Red Line train.

Prosecutors say Isaac Anderson shot 60-year-old Oral Woods after a brief altercation near 87th Street in October 2022. The shooting was recorded by CTA cameras.

The jury returned guilty verdicts after roughly three hours of deliberation. Sentencing had not yet occurred in the official June 10 announcement.
