Metropolitan Police are seeking two people in an attempted armed robbery and shooting on Gallatin Street NW.

MPD says the pair approached a man on May 28, displayed a handgun and demanded his property. A physical altercation followed, and the victim was shot before the assailants fled.

The victim survived. Police released surveillance images to request identification assistance. The people shown have not been convicted and should not be approached.
